Romantic wedding music performed on harp will add that special extra touch to your wedding or special occasion. This page lets you know the process for booking me. (The process is basically the same for background music for non-wedding events.) The First ContactPlease contact me by going to my Contact Page. There you will find my phone numbers and a Request For Information form. You can either phone me or fill out the form. I will then let you know of my price and availablity. 
Romantic Wedding Music SamplesIf you are still interested at this stage, please contact me again by phone or return email with your postal address. This is so I can send you my Sampler CD and a booking form. The CD has excerpts of my entire wedding repertoire, so you can decide if you want music from the CD only, or pay a bit extra to have me play a special request not on the CD. At this stage I can also email you the booking and music selection forms, so that you can email them back to me if you wish. Booking FormOnce you've had a listen to my romantic wedding music and you like what you hear, you can then decide which Wedding Package you would like. Please fill out the form and return to me via email or post. When I receive the form I will pencil you into my diary. In the meantime, if anyone else asks for that date, I will contact you to give you first option on whether you still want to proceed with the booking.
The Deposit / Booking FeeWhen I receive your booking form, I will send you an invoice so that you can pay a deposit. As soon as the $100 deposit is paid, you will be formally booked in. The $100 deposit is my booking fee and is not refundable. However, all other amounts paid after this will be refunded if cancellation occurs. PaymentsThe deposit secures your booking with the balance due one month before the wedding. I will send you receipts for each amount and a reminder about paying the balance closer to the time. Payments can be made by cheque, mail order or direct deposit into my bank account. The invoice has all my bank details for direct deposit. 
Music SelectionsYou can either email or post me the Music Selection Form. If you ask me to play something that is not part of my repertoire, I will need to know well ahead, so that I can feel comfortable in playing the new piece. If you don't want a request then you can let me know your selections 1-2 weeks before the wedding. You can either select the music yourself, we can do it together, or I can do it all for you. Outdoor WeddingsPlease let me know if you are having an outdoor wedding, because there are special requirements for my harp. These include shelter from the elements and deciding whether amplification is required.
